Presentation and Discussion Time

Keynote Lectures:
30 minutes including 5-10 minutes discussion time.
Oral Presentations:
15 minutes including 3 minutes discussion time.

Each session room computer will be equipped with USB ports. Please bring your presentation on a USB memory and submit it in the session room at least by the break before your session. There will be a PC staff to support presentations in each session room.

Format

The preferred formats are PowerPoint and Adobe PDF. Computers with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010 will be available for the oral presentations.
The presentation file should be named using the session and the presenter’s family name. (e.g., file name: O1-1 Asano)
When building your presentation, use standard fonts (e.g., Times Roman, Helvetica, Arial, New Times Roman), standard fonts are included on the session room PCs but if an unusual font is used it may not translate.

If using a Macintosh laptop computer, please note that you need to supply your own and bring an adaptor to connect your PC to the Mini D-sub 15 pin PC cable connector.
Please note that no preview or speaker room will be available.

Poster Presentation

Date & Time: 15:30-16:30, 11 September

Each poster board is 210 cm high (about 82.7 inches) and 90 cm wide (about 35.4 inches). Push pins will be provided to hang your poster.
These poster boards are made of composite materials, suitable for mounting presentations with push-pins, which will be available at the conference site. A sign of the Presentation Number will be set on each poster board by the secretariat.
Presenters are requested to stay at their posters during the poster session.
Each poster should be headed by the title of the paper, the names of the authors, and their affiliations.
